Welcome aboard shout outs to.....DeShaun Foster and Sammi Parker and Thank you Jason Bell!

Newest members of the M2 Fitness Pros line up....#26 DeShaun Foster, running back, San Francisco 49's and #18 Sammi Parker, wide receiver, Denver Bronco's....

This is a great thing for us and a real boost to our current line up of very serious fitness clients and athletes! When we originally started our program, we were introduced to Jason Bell, formerly of the World Champion New York Giants, now an advisor to several professional football and baseball athletes.

Jason had such great things to say about his experience with us that he encourages all his associates to follow his lead and check out the M2 Fitness Pros program for our unique program design and recovery strategies to help these world class athletes keep their game moving to the highest levels!

Thanks J!

Bea Fox, aka "Lady Bug" and Jaime Costa at the Jr USA...

Last Saturday, May 17th was the season's National/Pro qualifier opener the "Jr. USA", one of the largest Bodybuilding and Figure competitions in the nation. Over 300 competitors from around the US come to compete for the elusive opportunity to become a professional athlete.

Our girl Bea Fox did extremely well in this outing and sets a firm hold on her pro debut with the new strategies she learned from the head judge Sandy Ranalli and the rest of the judging panel. This show being the first of the season also brought with it new criteria for what the judges want to see with the athletes this season.

The contest day starts at 5am with hair and make up, Jaime's process, started the night before with coloring hair extensions and putting them in herself while destroying the hotel room :)

Jamie Costa, Kristen & Bea Fox prepping for pre-judging

Then comes the athletes meeting and prejudging at 9am. First in the one piece round, the ladies come out and do mandatory poses which consist of front, 1/4turn to the right, 1/4 turn with back to judges, 1/4 turn to the left and finally one more time facing the judging panel...yes, all 200 ladies!

Classes are divided according to height from under 5 ft' to over 6 ft' into categories A through F at the athletes meeting .

Then the 2 piece round follows with the same process. Bea says it sounds like horse's coming to the gate at the race track as they prepare to hit the stage...200 women in 4 1/2 inch heels, lined up back to back like you might see in line for the rides at Disney Land.

With the new season's changes, which were announced while the girls were on stage, came a whole new set of challenges...Bea adapted quickly and managed to take her top 10 placing qualifying her for the Jr. Nationals in Chi-town .

Catching a bit of fresh air...

Here's a back stage preview...

Next stop... Chicago!

From my perspective, all the girls looked great and of course, I'm biased...Bea will place higher for certain our next run. Thanks for being persistent and great job Ladybug we're are all proud of you!
