She says "I don't want to go!...I'm so tired..."

Well, that's how it started out. Weeks of prep time from past shows left our girl, Bea Fox, dead tired and just plain ready to drop. A few words from Mr. Fat Loss about "how you'll regret not doing it and you'll wish you did when and if...got her going!"

After wardrobe, hair, and make up a 14 hour photo shoot followed. Meals and water on hand, she drove off with a powty face, "I'll see you later : ("

Few weeks later the shots look good, so good in fact, they are being featured in the Volume One collection of "Fit Girls."

John's words about the book...

Congratulations! M2 salutes Denise Lavia...another champ!

A special congratulations and shout out goes to Denise Lavia, a recent add to the extended M2 client list. A wife, mother, and grandmother has just placed second at the Orange County Muscle Classic as a Master's competitor.

After being a supportive wife and encouraging her husband to step up his training a bit, Denise started with M2 in September 07' taking the fat burning M2 A/X class and Super Cardio.




While taking classes, Denise became intrigued with the process Bea Fox, top National and soon IFBB Figure Pro, goes through to compete. While in the middle of her pre-contest training, Bea took Denise under her wing and coached her to a fantastic placing in her first show!




Just goes to show...with great desire and a will to succeed; you can become a champ just like Denise. Way to go Denise! And special mention goes to the support team... husband Dennis and family.
